Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant - Full Time
Experienced individual for planning, scheduling and executing of groundskeeping maintenance and campus repair/maintenance work, such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and perform preventative maintenance duties.
Drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, TB test and valid Florida Driver's License/clean driving record are required and all will be checked.
Employment Requirements
Lakewood Center is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and high-quality environment for our residents and staff. All candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
Successful completion of a Level 2 background check.
A clear drug screening.
A valid driver’s license with no suspensions and no more than 2 traffic violations within the last three years (traffic violations cannot be speed more than 10mph).
Tuberculosis testing
These standards help ensure the highest level of care and support for those we serve and adhere to our licensure requirements.
